Meet our staff

Mila, the three-legged cat, was the prima donna of our clinic. The days without her were something impossible to imagine. In the hottest of summer days, she loved lying on the hot tin roof. In cold winter days, a blanket-covered chair closest to the kitchen radiator was the place to find her. She joined us in autumn of 2007 as a kitten, found by our student in her garden, who couldn’t keep her. In 2008, she survived an accident with a motor vehicle, but her left front leg was so damaged that it needed amputation. No real problem for Mila! She was even more special and always made it clear who the boss of our courtyard was! She had always been a true fighter, representing all those animals that live their lives to the fullest despite having only three legs. Mila died in an accident in 2014.
