Mihaela Klasič graduated as a Doctor of Veterinary medicine from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia in June 2021. During the last two years of the study she volunteered at the Department of Anaesthesiology at the Small Animal Clinic of the Veterinary Faculty, University of Ljubljana. Under the mentorship of Assoc. Prof. Alenka Seliškar and Teaching Assist. Katerina Tomsič she started the research study entitled The effects of acepromazine, methadone and dexmedetomidine on blood pressure and heart rate in anesthetized dogs.
In november 2021 Mihaela started with Small animal rotating internship at the Small Animal Clinic of the Veterinary Faculty, University of Ljubljana.
